Appointment of Head of Repairs Services for Maryhill Housing Association

We entered Best Companies for the first time in 2015 and were delighted to be accredited with ‘One to Watch’ status.

A lot of hard work has also been done in the last year or so in terms of planning and delivering our investment programme. We’ve completed an 86% stock condition survey and full analysis of our property assets. We’ve also improved our rent collection and empty property performance and we’ve reviewed our rent structure. We are in the middle of procuring new Repairs and Investment Services that we hope will deliver better value for money and more customer focused services

At Maryhill Housing, providing affordable high quality housing is only part of what we do. As a successful organisation, our aim is to offer our customers consistently brilliant services that make a difference to their quality of life. We have an active, award winning customer engagement team who work closely with all our communities. We have a team of financial inclusion and welfare benefits support workers who helped secure over £4m additional income for our tenants in the last 18 months.

Our whole team as well as our Board has worked on a new Vision to 2020 and we’re about to launch this. It’s an exciting time to join us. This is a demanding and rewarding position.
