Thank you for your interest in becoming part of our committed and knowledgeable team at SFHA, as one of the three Heads of Service within our Executive Team. 

This is an exciting time to be joining the national representative body for Scotland's housing associations, co-operatives and registered social landlords (RSL’s) with our membership growing and attendance at our events and conferences continuing to increase.  This provides a strong platform to work with our members, partners and staff to deliver a vital and valued service which helps to shape the future of housing in Scotland.

Our values are important to us in all our activities and as such our leadership team need to balance an innovative and solution driven approach with an awareness of value for money for our members.  Our continued success requires co-operation, collaboration and accountability to achieve maximum impact, putting our members at the heart of everything we do.   The integrity of our people, their enthusiasm to deliver the very best for all our members, recognising and respecting the diversity of the organisations we represent, will ensure that we continue to thrive and adapt to remain relevant and compelling.
