  • Vice Principal - Strategy and Skills

    As the leader of the approximately 100 strong Property Services Team, the Head of Property Services will ensure high quality and cost effective repair, maintenance and planned works to Tenants homes. The role will have responsibility for leading and managing all aspects of Property Services and SBHA’s in-house Team.  In addition, the Head of Property Services will, as part of SBHA’s Leadership Team, support and deliver SBHA’s strategic objectives with a key focus on delivering value for money and to “Create Great Places to Live” for their Tenants.
