About Home Fix Scotland

HFS is a repairs and maintenance company based in Inverclyde . It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the social landlord River Clyde Homes.

Established in August 2016, HFS has grown steadily and employs 115 FTE colleagues. It delivers a range of services to RCH, including responsive repairs, voids, planned maintenance, property investment projects, and grounds maintenance.

HFS is a values-led organisation, focused on delivering high-quality services while creating a safe, inclusive, and positive working environment for our people.

HFS Priorities

HFS is focused on establishing strong foundations to support future growth, which remains a core objective for the business. Over the coming year, our priorities will centre on strengthening operational effectiveness and contributing to wider Group initiatives.

Our key priorities for the year ahead include:
• Enhancing operational performance by maximising the benefits of the recently implemented new repairs system, ensuring it delivers excellent customer outcomes.
• Supporting Group-wide workplace culture initiatives, with a particular focus on promoting health and safety and fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaged working environment.
