Their construction division is involved in a wide range of Building and Civil Engineering projects with their Housing division providing quality homes across the island. They have a substantial land bank and work closely with a number of architects to allow them to offer a complete package from design to completion to their clients.
Working alongside Directors Iain Thomson and Graham Thomson, the Estimator / Quantity Surveyor will provide JTC with sound experience of both small and large building and civil projects from a background which covers all aspects of surveying work including estimating, tendering and final accounts.
