Caledonia has grown significantly since our inception in 2011. This growth has been driven by ambitious development plans and through mergers and partnerships. As a Group we now have two RSL subsidiary partners, Cordale and Bellsmyre both based in Dunbartonshire. Our turnover is almost £30m and as a major employer we have over 200 staff covering 8 local authority areas.
Our strategy going forward is based on transformation and growth. Our transformation programme, Customer 1st is seeking to deliver new ways of working for our staff and a different customer service offering through digital and mobile solutions. This is a major undertaking and will provide the platform for our plans going forward in the short to medium term. The second element of our plans is seeking opportunities for further continued growth and expansion of our services.
