Helm is a robust, dynamic and award winning youthwork organisation in Dundee with a vision of “A Scotland where all young people dare to dream”. We enable over 200 young people a year to make great transitions into adult life, we achieve great results, and we are on a mission to influence and improve mainstream systems, helping them become fully inclusive and effective for all our young people.
We have made significant developments under the leadership of our outgoing Chief Executive over the last 4 years. We are now offering the right person an exciting opportunity to continue to shape and develop our strategy with the Board, in line with our values and vision, and to take the organisation through the next phase of development.
