I have been with the Association for over 16 years, the last 6 as Chief Executive, and I am looking to add a dynamic forward thinking individual to our excellent senior management team. I am looking for someone with significant experience in leading and inspiring their teams to deliver the best they can for colleagues and our customers.
The post offers a fantastic opportunity to further develop our services and influence our strategic direction as well as lead significant performance improvement within the Housing Management team. The Head of Housing & Customer Service role will also be instrumental in building successful relationships with our local communities and key stakeholders.
We have a very high calibre, motivated Management Committee, driven by quality and fairness. This post holder will have regular interaction with the Committee and will work as a core part of the Leadership Team in delivering to a high quality.
