The Mungo Foundation is a leading charity operating across Glasgow and neighbouring authorities. We provide specialist social care services to over 1000 people via our team of 700 staff and volunteers. Our services extend across:

All our services aim to empower individuals whose lives are affected by disability, illness, addiction, and injustice. Regardless of age, need or circumstance, our inclusive approach strives to transform the lives of the people we serve and the communities in which we work.

Bearing in mind the need for a national transformation of social care that delivers sustainable and impactful services, and following a period of organisational review, we present two opportunities within our Executive Team: Director of People and Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance. Reporting to the CEO, the Director of People and Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance will lead our programmes of excellence, change and HR/OD to support the organisation for the next phase of its evolution, putting our staff and those who use our services at the heart of what we do.

We recognise the importance of good governance. The interplay between our Governance Board (who provide strategic leadership and direction) and the Executive Team (who are responsible for the operationalisation of strategy) is key. Cognisant of this, we also present an exciting opportunity for an individual with Governance Administration and Board PA experience to join our team as Senior Corporate Services Support Manager. The successful candidate will play an important role in providing senior governance and administrative support to ensure that governance duties, activities, board meetings and committees are supported in line with relevant articles, Codes of Good Governance and regulatory frameworks.

I want to thank you for taking the time to consider the information provided in this recruitment site and I very much look forward to hearing from you.
