As we draw a close to 2014 we are delighted to be able to look back on yet another successful year at Aspen. We have been fortunate enough to work on a variety of essential appointments on behalf of our clients and have enjoyed working with those clients who are returning to us and those who have not used our services before.

We have worked on recruitment campaigns within a number of specialist sectors this year including; local government, agri-business, private, charity, education, FMCG and healthcare.

In 2014 we have recruited a total of:

8  x Non Executives (Chair and Board Members)

11 x Chief Executives (Including Principal’s)

44 x Directors (and Heads of Departments)

22 x Middle Managers

12 x Specialist and Technical roles

This does not include assignments where we have solely performed either psychometric testing, salary surveys or completed research work on behalf of clients who wanted to use these specific services that we offer only.

In 2013 we worked on 80 assignments and this has increased to 97 in 2014. This increase has allowed us to expand the team and we are currently in the process of recruiting a new member of the consulting team!

We have more roles going live in the New Year and are looking forward to sharing these with you and to completing those assignments which are currently live.

Our offices will be closed from 12noon Wednesday 24th December 2013 and will re-open on Monday 5th January 2014.
