For over a quarter of a century CIC have worked at the forefront of the care sector, helping people with care and support needs to lead full and happy lives.  They  are extremely proud of their passionate 5000-strong workforce, who provide personalised care and support to thousands of adults and children with a wide range of needs. This includes people with learning difficulties, physical disabilities, age-related needs and dementia, mental health concerns and autistic spectrum disorders.

The Managing Director - Scotland will report directly to the Chief Executive, and will be responsible for developing CIC’s potential and extending their influence in Scotland.  As a member of the Executive Team you will have regular interactions with the Board of Trustees and the newly established Scottish Committee.
