MURGITROYD GROUP APPOINT NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
Ken Dalgleish, Managing Director of Aspen People, is delighted to have worked with Murgitroyd Group in the recent appointment of two non-executive Directors.
Chris Masters, who was executive chairman of Scottish temporary power company Aggreko between 1997 and 2002, is joining the board of Glasgow-based patent and trademark attorney Murgitroyd.
Dr Masters is non-executive chairman of Scottish smart-metering specialist Energy Assets Group, and the senior independent director of Crown Agents and of Speedy Hire.
John Reid, 63, a principal of consultancy ReidStewart Associates who was previously Group Commercialisation Manager of the taxpayer-backed ITI (Intermediate Technology Institute) Scotland, is also joining Murgitroyd as a non-executive director.
Asked about the increased size of the board, Keith Young, Chief Executive said: “I think that is reflective of the continued growth of the business.”
The Murgitroyd board will comprise five executive and four non-executive directors following the appointments.< Back to Latest News
