Aspen continue to work with numerous organisations to fill key non-executive positions. This year alone, we have worked in partnership with organisations such as Edinburgh College Students Association, Citizens Advice Scotland, SCLD and The Robertson Trust to fill such roles and we are delighted to now be working with The Gannochy Trust and SAUWS (Student Association of the University of the West of Scotland) to recruit new Trustees.

The Gannochy Trust – 3 x Trustees

AK Bell was a man whose vision was ahead of his time.  In establishing the Gannochy Trust in 1937, he brought benefits to Scotland which are maintained to this day.  In addition to disbursing £15m in grants over the past five years, the Trust, which is based in Perth, owns and manages an estate of almost 1,000 acres including 227 houses; 3 farms; 2 cricket pitches; a listed Pavilion; and a woodland park.

The Trust is seeking applicants, with a strong track record of engagement in community activity, to join the Board to help shape the direction of the Trust and ensure that they continue to be visionary in the 21st Century. Beyond this, financial expertise, investment management and legal knowledge are skills that are likely to stand out.
