INCOMMUNITIES APPOINT NEW SENIOR MEMBER
The entire team at Aspen are delighted to say that housing association, Incommunities, have announced the appointment of Angela Perry as the new Assistant Chief Executive for Asset Management.
Angela begins her new adventure with Incommunities on 11th September after over two years of being Managing Director at North-West based Torus Group.
She has a wealth of experience within the housing sector, contributing 25 years within the industry with 10 of those years being served at an executive level.
Angela joins Incommunities at a very exciting time for the organisation. The Bradford-based housing group have recently delivered its strategic plan for the next ten years of growth. She will play an integral part in this growth as the company aims to expand by continuing their multi-million pound new homes programme.
Incommunities are continuously growing and have a dedicated, diverse and highly skilled workforce made up of 1,250 staff. Incommunities owns and manages 22,000 homes across Bradford and surrounding areas including South and West Yorkshire.
Geraldine Howley, Group Chief Executive of Incommunities said: “We are delighted to welcome Angela as a key senior appointment to the group. Angela has extensive strategic experience and a strong track record in asset management, housing, repairs and maintenance and customer services.
