Thank you for taking the time to visit this website and for showing interest in applying for the position of Senior Associate Director - housing, at the Scottish Futures Trust.

The delivery of housing across all tenures including 50,000 affordable homes by 2021 has been a key focus of the Scottish Government. Scottish Futures Trust plays an important role in this. From our inception, we have been involved in a number of initiatives particularly relating to mid market rent housing and over the years have applied our innovative approaches to other housing tenures as well.

We live in uncertain times with public finances under stress. This calls for innovative solutions – housing is not only important for the well being of people but can also provide much needed economic stimulus. The SFT Home team is keen to keep contributing to the success of housing as a critical component of Scotland’s infrastructure.
