Debbie is a senior level recruiter, with significant experience in the finance space across the public, private and third sectors. Working in true partnership with her customers, allows Debbie to use her knowledge and expertise to ensure that the appointment is right for all parties and that she can deliver service of the highest level. Debbie has developed a reputation for building strong and long standing relationships working on a retained and exclusive basis.

Debbie has a personal interest in the non-profit sector and sits as Vice Chair of a charity called SAY Women and sits on the Committee of Scottish Women in Business.

Debbie’s love of cycling and exploring the hills and Munroes of Scotland, balance out a love good food, good wine and exploring the fantastic restaurants of Scotland!!
