Our client is a provider of care at home services and is looking to appoint a Managing Director to manage teams across multiple sites and develop the business.
The successful candidate will have a recognised health and social services qualification with at least 5 years senior operational management experience including leadership of people and significant business growth. Experience of delivering care at home services is essential for this position.
Energy, ambition and enthusiasm are key for this position as is the ability to provide clear direction, leadership and motivation to help develop best practice in service delivery and explore new opportunities.
As an ambassador for the organisation you will promote the image of the organisation and internally act as a champion for the organisation’s values, mission and strategy.
