At Wheatley, we’re all about ‘Making Homes and Lives Better’. We have just embarked on a major affordable house-building programme with plans for around 10,000 new homes in our communities in the next 10 years. A £260million improvement project, which will see thousands of our existing properties modernised, is also under way.

We are looking for a Group Treasurer and Financial Planner to support us in delivering these ambitions. With a strong background in managing relationships with lenders and investors, as well as leading the strategic financial planning function in a large and/or complex organisation, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in the Group’s future success.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for business planning, engaging with senior leaders and Boards across Wheatley, as well as the operational treasury function. They will be an innovative and strategic thinker with a natural flair for managing complex relationships in both the public and private sectors.

Experience of inspiring and motivating staff to achieve top results is essential, together with a commitment to working closely with our partner organisations and communities.

You should be educated to degree level, with a relevant professional qualification. Wheatley Group is committed to equality and diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
