The Operations Manager will report to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for the day to day management of operations of the Customer Contact Centre ensuring the highest standards of customer service while the business goes through a rapid growth phase. This will include up to 100 staff and related systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a highly focused and customer service environment; ideally this could have been gained within the utilities, financial services or online retail markets. In addition, you will have experience of managing all aspects of delivering an outstanding customer experience. Of key importance will be leading and motivating a large team of Customer Service Advisors, ensuring standards exceed customer expectations.
The role is based in Perthshire/Tayside, combining fantastic access to leisure activities with being close to the major cities of Scotland.
