The vacancy of Senior Development Officer is a temporary position for 12 months. This role will involve identifying, sourcing, negotiating and delivering costed and appraised schemes from feasibility through to approval. As a Senior Development Officer you will be an inspirational leader meeting service standards and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

Applicants must be educated to HNC Level, with a minimum of 5 GCSE grades A-C including English and Maths, and must have a detailed understanding of the development process, including feasibilities, financial appraisals, legal matters relating to land negotiation, planning, S75/106 and construction.
