Assistant Chief Executive (Asset Management)
Do you have an excellent track record of strategic Asset Management and Development and a great understanding of operations within the social housing sector?
If so, an unrivalled opportunity has opened up at Incommunities for an Assistant Chief Executive to join our small Corporate Management Team.
You will be a strategic thinker with the skills and knowledge to ensure that our Asset Management Strategy reflects a constantly changing operating environment optimising returns on our assets and ensuring that our development programme meets the needs of current and future customers.
Operationally, you will be building on great foundations already in place; delivering an exceptional repairs and maintenance service and new homes for rent and sale across West Yorkshire. You know the value of keeping delivery models one step ahead of legislative and budgetary challenges, ensuring value for money and continuous improvement.
That’s why we’re now looking for someone like you to join us and roll out our 10-year Asset Management Strategy. There’ll be difficult decisions to make about our own properties, about where and what we build and complex issues to manage from controlling a multi-million pound budget and leading a large and diverse workforce.
