We are working with Castle Water to recruit a HR Manager to join their team. The HR Manager will report to the CEO and be a member of the company’s Management Committee. You will be responsible for the day to day management of all HR policies and procedures across the whole business, as the business goes through a rapid growth phase, which may include acquisitions. The role will include reviewing and maintaining policies, recruitment, co-ordinating training, HR record keeping, co-ordinating annual appraisals and supporting line managers in managing employee relations.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, hands-on and have a proven track record of HR management. While not essential, if this experience has been gained within a similar environment of customer service within the utilities, financial services or online retail markets then that would be an advantage.
