Senior HR Partner
Our client is a large complex public / education sector organisation. They are now seeking to recruit a Senior HR Partner specialising in reward.
This role will have responsibility for developing and enhancing the organisation’s policies, practices and processes in relation to all aspects of reward including: pay structures, pay positioning, market pay, benchmarking, gender pay, benefits provision, job evaluation and grading as well as international remuneration and benefits.
The successful candidate will have a track record of project management and proven organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage business as usual and multiple projects simultaneously under pressure. Experience of working in a complex unionised organisation and a thorough knowledge of employment law, including equality and diversity legislation is required as well as strong numerical and analytical skills. You will have excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and deliver business-oriented solutions.
Experience of PRINCE2 or APM is desirable as well as Hay Job Evaluation methodology.
