Their business has been built based on highly efficient operations, innovative marketing, and being a trusted supplier to our customers.

They have an excellent opening for a DCA Performance Manager to join our team and assume responsibility for the overall performance management of the Debt Collection Agencies. The role offers the opportunity to develop and manage relationships with Debt Collection Agencies and third parties, ensuring they meet and exceed cash collection targets and liquidation levels and to ensure collection and recovery activity is undertaken accurately and in full compliance of relevant legislation. As up to 40% of your role you will be able to visit DCA sites (UK-wide) to develop relationships and understand the effectiveness of the operations, and to set, agree and monitor performance targets. In addition, you will be responsible for publishing monthly and quarterly DCA performance and scorecards and providing your insights to the management committee.

You will be an experienced individual in the Credit and Collections industry with a proven track record of performance reporting and supplier management. Educated to degree level, you will have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and be financially and commercially astute with strong attention to detail. Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, you will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly actions and priorities. An ability to successfully work to challenging deadlines is essential.

The role is based in Blairgowrie, equi-distant between Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen and within 30 minutes of Perth and Dundee.
