The Assets and Investment team has plans over the next 12 months to invest £12.1 million in new kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems, doors and windows. This substantial investment plan will greatly benefit the 5,636 tenants and community. The passion for impacting the lives of tenants is apparent throughout the organisation.

Reporting to the Heads of Service, this role will assist and support with the efficient and effective delivery of general management, performance and financial accountability for Planned Works services to the Tenants ensuring customer satisfaction and value for money.

The post holder will ensure, through strong leadership, that team members and staff put the customer first, and provide quality services and innovative solutions to the challenges that the extensive work programme may encounter.
