Link is currently in a period of significant growth with 3,200 new homes to be developed in the next 5 years, adding to the 6,500 homes currently managed by the group.

Link is now searching for a Group Chief Executive who can continue to build on the legacy of long-standing Chief Executive Craig Sanderson, one of the most recognisable names in Scottish Housing. Craig has given 43 years of service to the organisation and leaves a fantastic legacy and an equally unique opportunity for our new incoming Chief Executive to continue to lead and develop Link through our next stage of development.
The Group Chief Executive will provide strategic leadership and direction to the group and its people, driving forward growth and innovation to ensure Link retains its reputation as a sector leader in providing support services. The new leader will work with the Link Group Board to define the business strategy and market position moving forward whilst ensuring the values, vision and mission of the Group is incorporated into each decision.
We are looking for individuals who have a strong track record of achievement at Chief Executive or Senior Executive level within a complex organisation, who can inspire teams and engage with customers. Experience gained within housing, care & support or regeneration is an essential requirement, public or private sector backgrounds will be considered for the role.
