AKVA is now looking for a new Commercial Director who will provide strategic leadership to the sales division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business within a unique market. You will have the opportunity to lead an ambitious sales team and contribute to the commercial success and growth of this highly recognised and respected company. The role reports directly to the Managing Director and requires a pro-active sales professional who will hold responsibility in a number of key areas which include:
- Responsibility for all commercial activity.
- Maintaining key account relationships.
- Continued development of profitable sales.
- New business development opportunities.
The successful candidate should have Sales or Account Management experience and an empathy with the fish farming sector, through aquaculture, retail, food service or another related industry. The appointed candidate will be an ambitious leader who will possess the passion and drive for success. You will energise the sales team and embrace AKVA’s core values.
Based in the AKVA Group Scottish Headquarters in the beautiful city of Inverness, it is the ideal place to discover the attractions of Scotland’s famous Highlands and Islands.
