Reporting to the Chief Executive, as a member of the Business Leadership Team, this post is responsible for leading on administration, repairs, health and safety, facilities management and human resources. The successful candidate will embody the Group’s brand values by being consistently accountable, firm but fair, open, honest and versatile to ensure the delivery of high quality, tenant and customer focused, value for money services in accordance with the organisation’s aims, policies and procedures.

The Director of Operations will provide leadership to all reporting colleagues as well as offering strategic, corporate and operational advice to the board and Business Leadership team. They will develop the structures, systems and policies necessary to support effective service delivery, promoting a culture of continuous improvement to maximise the Group’s potential to become a high performing customer focused organisation.

The successful candidate will be strategic, innovative, highly motivated and goal orientated with comprehensive people management experience at a senior level.
They should have significant experience of hands on delivery of tenant-focused housing and property services and have the ability to understand complex business management information.
