Thank you for your interest in the Post of Operations Director, from which the current post holder will retire later this year. The successful candidate will join our Board and Executive Team to lead, motivate and inspire the Estates, Technical and ICT teams to deliver the new Corporate Plan which will build on our success to deliver our Vision of changing lives - making a difference.

With a turnover of over £10 million and 83 staff we’ve grown significantly over the past few years offering a range of services to meet the changing needs of our tenants and customers. Our short to medium term aim will be to future-proof our organisation by building capability and capacity to take us forward and make a difference. Longer term we want to continue to increase our stock and expand the services we offer to meet the needs of our local communities whilst contributing to the Government’s requirement for good quality sustainable housing.

We are particularly proud to have achieved the Investors in People Platinum standard in October 2017 which represents not only excellence in employee skills and service delivery but also demonstrates our commitment to improving the lives of our service users and assisting all who engage with us. At the time of being awarded, Weslo was one of only four organisations who achieved all three accreditations simultaneously gaining the Health and Wellbeing Good Practice Award and the Investors in Young People Good Practice Award at Gold level.
