About the Grampian Group

Established in 1975, Grampian Housing Association is now the largest locally based housing association in the North East of Scotland. We develop, manage and maintain a range of good quality affordable homes across a variety of tenures to meet the housing needs of a range of client groups. We aim to continually improve all our services and, as a community anchor, actively partner with residents and agencies to make a positive difference in our neighbourhoods and create sustainable communities. The Group has a good network of business partners in the North East and aims to continually strengthen this.

We have a stock base of: over 3,700 properties for social rent; over 300 shared ownership homes and we provide factoring services to 1000 owners. Through our subsidiary, Kirkgate Developments (trading as Let’s Choose), we have more than 200 properties for mid-market and market rent. Our area of operation extends to the local authority areas of Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray. Grampian is a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) and Registered Scottish Charity.
