We are seeking an exceptional Director of People and Corporate Services to help shape the future of our Association and the communities we serve in Govanhill.  With a new Chief Executive in post, changes to our Senior Management Team, and the launch of our new Strategy, we are entering a period of renewed ambition, innovation, and transformation.

This is a unique leadership opportunity to play a central role in delivering our vision. As Director of People and Corporate Services, you will lead the development of a positive, inclusive and high-performing organisational culture, ensuring our people are supported, engaged, and empowered to deliver excellent services. You will also provide strategic oversight of corporate governance, risk management, and Health & Safety compliance—ensuring we meet the highest standards of accountability, governance and compliance with legislation and legislation.

We are looking for a values-driven leader who is passionate about people, committed to continuous improvement, and confident in managing change. You will be a key member of our Senior Management Team, working collaboratively across the organisation and with our Management Committee to ensure strong governance and effective decision-making.
