We are long established in our community, providing high-quality affordable housing across the spectacular Orkney Islands and have built over 1,000 properties. The Association has been delivering for our Community since 1985, we have high levels of customer satisfaction and the Association is now moving into an exciting new era.

I took on the role of Chief Executive three years ago and have enjoyed working with an excellent senior team. Due to the upcoming retirement of this postholder, I am looking for an exceptional and motivated person for this role. I am looking for someone who can grow as a leader and inspire their team to deliver the best they can for colleagues and our customers.

We have a very high calibre, motivated Management Committee, driven by quality and fairness. This post holder will have regular interaction with them and in working as a core part of the Leadership Team in delivering to a high quality.
