Head of Housing and Customer Services
Location: Kirkwall, Orkney, Scotland
Salary: £40,404 to £46,650 plus Company Pension
With the retirement of our highly experienced Head of Housing and Customer Services at the end of September 2018, we are now looking for an exceptional and motivated person for this role - someone who can grow as a leader and inspire their team to deliver the best they can for colleagues and our customers.
This post is one of the most senior in the Association, and has senior responsibility for delivering first-class housing services, low-cost home ownership and other customer services. This post holder will have regular interaction with our Management Committee and in working as a core part of the Leadership Team in delivering to a high quality.
The objective of this post is to ensure the Associations operates in a way that:
- delivers the strategic aims and objectives of the Association in ways that are innovative, proactive and effective
- maintains high standards of governance, decision making and customer service
- achieves the best possible standards of services and customer satisfaction
- provides effective leadership for staff, and promotes a culture of professionalism and integrity
