CrossReach remains one of Scotland’s largest voluntary social care organisations, with around 1,800 employees and an annual turnover of £44M.

CrossReach operates as part of the Church of Scotland charity but we have recently gone through a significant change in governance which allows for a greater degree of autonomy. You will have an opportunity to help develop that governance oversight as well as influence the strategic direction of the organisation.
We are looking for an outstanding individual with a proven track record of workforce development and a passion for quality assurance. You will have brought creative solutions to complex challenges and be an excellent communicator.
