The University is seeking to recruit a Director of Student Recruitment and Admissions. This senior role will provide strategic direction for student recruitment and admissions across the University and successful delivery of the Strategic Recruitment and Enrolment plan. Responsibility will also include leading and directing the Student Recruitment and Admissions service to meet the strategic goals of the University with regard to admissions, domestic and international student recruitment and widening participation.
The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of student recruitment and admissions gained in a senior role within Higher Education. You will have experience of delivering successful student recruitment and admissions strategies as well as experience of leading service improvements and enhancements. Experience of change management and successful leadership of cross-institutional projects and groups would be desirable. You will be a highly collegiate and inspiring leader with a commitment to innovation and improvement, excellent communication skills and the ability to influence with impact through effective partnerships.
