Our Student Successes

Working for Us
We are also proud of our staff achievements and have retained Investors in People We invest in people Gold accreditation, as well as gaining We Invest in Wellbeing Standard accreditation, following extensive feedback from our staff. This feedback shows that our staff have a clear understanding of what’s expected of them, feel supported by their managers and feel they have the freedom to take initiative in how they deliver. We are proud that our results highlight an inclusive culture that values diversity and inclusion, where collaboration comes easily and working together brings out the best in everyone. Our staff report finding their work genuinely interesting and rewarding, and they believe the college is doing good in the world, making a positive difference, far beyond the walls of the college.
