Thank for your interest in the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role at Bield.

As one of Scotland’s largest Registered Social Landlords, Bield provides homes, care and support that enables older people to live their best lives, independently in their own homes.  Our tenants and customers are at the heart of our values, culture and how we are shaping our services. As our new CEO you will be tasked with leading Bield as it delivers its ambitious growth strategy, connecting communities that provide our tenants with choices in how they live their lives, promote wellbeing, are inclusive and shape homes that can adapt for the future.

Bield is seeking a CEO who will inspire all and will work closely with our Board of Management and Executive Management Team to ensure that Bield achieves its strategic aims. The CEO will be responsible for forging Bield forward with our Independent Living offer, maintaining financial viability, and ensuring legal and governance standards are met.  Acting as an ambassador for Bield and older People in Scotland, you will influence national policy, collaborate with others across the sector and champion tenant led modern, technology enabled housing and support services.

This is an exciting time for Bield, and we’re looking for an experienced and engaging leader to work with dedicated, passionate, and talented people to ensure that Bield remains both a provider and employer of choice.  It is important that you share a commitment to our Vision and Values and have a strong commitment to engagement and partnership working and continuous improvement.
