Vice Principal of Student Experience
This role is responsible for providing strategic and executive leadership on all aspects of our world class learning and teaching environment and the holistic student experience, including on the achievement and delivery of performance and improvement targets.
You will be responsible for ensuring the College is agile in anticipating and responding to local, regional and national priorities by having effective links with the communities and businesses we serve.
About You
You must be able to demonstrate that you have:
- significant relevant experience of strategic leadership of a similar function in a diverse and complex organisation.
- been responsible for the strategic development, planning and delivering innovative, blended and adaptive curriculum, championing new and innovative pedagogic approaches.
- experience of policy development, implementation and funding arrangements that deliver impact and ensure that we have a comprehensive portfolio of pathways of higher and further education opportunities.
