Thank you for your interest in the Director of Housing and Community Initiatives position at Milnbank Housing Association.

Due to the existing postholder moving to a promoted position, an opportunity has arisen to join our Leadership Team. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Leadership Team and lead our housing services and wider role activities, ensuring high-quality services for our tenants and customers.

Formed in 1975, Milnbank has a strong track record of supporting the communities of Dennistoun and Haghill. We are proud of our role as a Community Controlled Housing Association.

This is an exciting and varied role covering housing management, income maximisation and tenant engagement, alongside leading community initiatives. The postholder will contribute to our strategic priorities, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

We have recently launched a new Business Plan and will expect you to demonstrate how you will contribute to its delivery of the aims and objectives related to the role.

Looking ahead, we will continue to invest in our services and  improve community impact.

We are looking for a candidate with experience of working within a community-based housing association, who demonstrates a strong commitment to its values.
