This new Head of People role is central to delivering our strategic aim of achieving Excellence in Workforce Development and Leadership. You will play a key role in shaping our culture, strengthening our leadership capability, and ensuring our people have the support, development and recognition they need to excel.

You will be joining a sector‑leading Senior Leadership Team and working closely with our Board of Trustees as we continue our journey toward excellence in care, education and therapeutic intervention. Your expertise will help bring our vision to life—creating an environment where our staff feel supported, inspired and able to flourish, so they in turn can deliver exceptional outcomes for the children and young people we serve.
