Dear Candidate,

I am delighted that you are considering applying for the role of Chief Executive with Trust. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead an organisation with a proud heritage, a strong reputation, and a clear ambition for the future.

Trust has grown over the past five decades into a national provider of housing, care and support, yet we have retained the values and personal approach that come from being close to the people and communities we serve. That means listening, learning and being ready to adapt as people’s needs and aspirations change.

As Chair, I am proud of the progress we have made. We have a committed Board, a skilled and passionate workforce, and a culture rooted in collaboration and respect.
