With over 300 contracted staff in posts delivering learning and teaching, supporting students and supporting the necessary functions in relation to running UHI Moray, the Board of Management recognises the importance of recruiting and retaining an engaged and motivated workforce and therefore is committed to the implementation of best people management practices. Annual Leave
