West of Scotland Housing Association

West of Scotland Housing Association (WSHA) strives to be more than just a landlord. With nearly 60 years of history, what sets us apart is the way in which we go further to improve the lives of our tenants, innovatively responding to their needs as their lives change.

We have a wide range of homes to suit tenants at every stage of their life including tenemental flats, family homes, amenity properties and sheltered housing.

Willowacre Trust

Willowacre Trust is the charitable subsidiary of WSHA and is committed to the delivery of projects and services which offer additional support and opportunities to WSHA tenants with the overall aim of positively impacting on our tenant’s lives.

Services delivered within communities include:

  • Money and Energy Advice provided from dedicated officers supports issues relating to personal debts, budgeting, fuel debt, switching tariffs and heating systems.
  • Older people’s services within sheltered housing.
  • Digital Support
  • The Imagination Library
  • Upcycling
  • Handyperson Service is offered to older tenants or families who are vulnerable.
  • Our Barrowfield Community Hub facilitates a wide range of programmes and offers accommodation to other community organisations.
  • Starter packs, food parcels and fuel top ups.

Westscot Living

Westscot Living was created in 2022 as a subsidiary of West of Scotland Housing Association, responsible for all WSHA’s factoring services as well as our mid-market rent properties. We currently have plans to create Mid Market Rent homes in Dalmarnock and Dundashill in Glasgow.
