The Individual
We are seeking candidates to join the Board with any of the following skills or experience:
- Development & Construction
- Strategic / Executive leadership roles
- Scottish Social Housing
- Public Sector
In order to effectively discharge your role, we expect you to:
- Prepare for, attend and actively participate in meetings
- Provide appropriate, focussed challenge and scrutiny during meetings
- Contribute to the strategy development process
- Put the interests of the organisation and our customers first in decision making
- Maintain and develop your knowledge of relevant issues and the sectors in which we operate
- Participate in Continuous Professional Development
- Positively represent the organisation and wider Group
- Understand relevant policies and act in accordance with them
