As Director of Learning and Teaching, you will be responsible for the strategic and academic leadership of learning, teaching and the overall student experience within the College.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with a sound awareness and understanding of the issues which impact on the FE and HE sector in Scotland. Along with relevant management experience, you will have good knowledge of the key aspects of the Scottish Government’s policy for tertiary education and economic development. You will have the ability to develop, articulate and implement a vision and strategy for the achievement of excellent for the College as well as being able to develop practical and innovative strategies to maximise the College’s performance.
