Chief Executive Officer
Our current Chief Executive is retiring and we are now looking for an inspirational, dynamic, supportive and ambitious leader to provide strategic and operational leadership to lead RCET through an exciting juncture in the charity’s development.
Strong management skills, coupled with a proven track record in building and maintaining a wide range of collaborative relationships and partnerships is essential, as well as a passion and commitment to working with staff, children and young people to ensure the best possible outcomes.
With demonstrable knowledge and understanding of developing and managing children’s services in a statutory or voluntary sector setting, you will understand the challenges of service delivery in relation to children and young people and / or the Armed Forces community.
