Salary: £79,813 – £83,347
The Atrium Group comprises Atrium Homes, a Registered Social Landlord and Scottish Charity and Atrium Initiatives, its wholly owned subsidiary. Atrium Homes owns, manages, and provides over 1300 properties for rent across Ayrshire, whilst Atrium Initiatives provides factoring services to 1450 owners. The organisation has a staff team of 28 people who are committed to Atrium’s vision of quality affordable homes, sustainable communities and life chances for people.
Atrium are now seeking to appoint their new leader after the retirement of the long serving incumbent.
The Chief Executive will
- provide leadership and vision for the Atrium Group, taking responsibility for its strategic direction, growth and development, whilst ensuring that it adapts to further opportunities and challenges which emerge.
- ensure that the organisation has excellent corporate governance structures and arrangements in place, and that it fulfills its financial, statutory and regulatory responsibilities.
- deliver the Atrium Group’s Business Plan and its emphasis on the four key strands of Taking care of our Customers, Taking care of our Housing, Taking care of our Communities, and Taking care of the Business.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of sector challenges and drivers, with a track record of achievement in a senior executive position within a successful, customer-focused, regulated organisation. They will also be financially astute and evidence strong strategic and operational leadership experience. The new leader will empower staff, lead the team to achieve the organisation’s vision and have a strong passion for improving the lives of customers and communities.
A background in the Registered Social Landlord sector is advantageous, but is not a prerequisite for application. Relevance and transferability of experience, knowledge and skills must be highlighted within application.
