Thank you for your interest in joining Capability Scotland as our new Head of People.
We’re a Scottish charity with operations from Dundee to Dumfries, from Edinburgh to Elderslie and everywhere in between. We provide care, support, and education to the disabled people of Scotland and pride ourselves on providing only the very best of care.
It’s a fantastic time to be joining Capability Scotland, as we enter a new stage of growth, developing and expanding our current services.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR leader to develop, drive and deliver our new People Strategy. As Head of People, you will join the leadership of a values-based organisation and be part of shaping its future.
We’re delighted to have recently received Investor in People Silver accreditation and invite a dynamic, skilled and committed CIPD-qualified professional to lead a varied portfolio of people-centred projects. You’ll think outside of the box and be creative in your approach, ensuring the very best outcomes for our people, our customers, and our charity.
Your team will include our HR Business Partners, HR Officer, and Learning & Development Manager. As a member of our Corporate Services team in Edinburgh, you’ll have regular contact with Finance, IT, Fundraising & Communications, Estates, Business Development, and service management from across the whole organisation.
