Lar Housing Trust (Lar) is a dynamic, ambitious and tenant-centred charity with a strong focus on growth. Following on from our innovative beginning and ten years of experience, Lar looks to appoint several new Independent Trustees with an entrepreneurial head and a charitable heart from diverse backgrounds to complement the skills and experience of the current Board of seven Trustees.

To reach our growth targets will require Lar to be creative and adventurous, and to help us navigate the course, we are looking for experienced individuals who are strategic thinkers, who enjoy a challenge, who want to make a difference to people’s lives and who subscribe to our values of commercial sustainability, customer focus and professionalism.
