Although established as C~urb in 2022, the organisation builds on over 60 years of experience through Link Group, which was established in 1962. Link Group is a values-led, highly accredited group of social enterprise companies focused on improving lives through quality affordable housing and related services.

C~urb Property Maintenance Overview

C~urb Property Maintenance is an ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 accredited service delivering high-quality, customer-focused:

  • Reactive repairs
  • Compliance services
  • Void repairs
  • Planned maintenance

The service operates across Scotland’s Central Belt and is managed from its Repairs Hub in Falkirk. It also delivers major component renewal programmes through specialist installation teams.
